This shows just how careful you have to be identifying these sightings, it made me laugh though.
One of my clients used to have the most huge Irish Wolfhound on his farm. When the gates used to open it would gallop towards you out of the dark, eyes glowing in the car lamps. If you didn't know how soppy it was it would scare the c&*!p out of you. It had the habit of leaning on things (and people) when it was tired. This was fine until one day it leant on the wet paint in the stables and then leant on walls, furniture, a toddler and then went to sleep on the expensive rug by the fire!

I love Irish Wolfhounds! Such large, scary looking dogs, unless you have ever known one, then you realize they are just big teddy bears. I have always wanted one, but I would never pay for a dog since so many need homes that are put to death every day. Maybe some day I will come across one in the humane society listings.
